Delivery Cost and Information

PBT, our courier company specialises in fast, convenient and trouble-free freight movement throughout New Zealand.  They do this by being the best in the business at Delivery in Full on Time Undamaged (DIFOTU)

PBT is approved under New Zealand Food Safety Association (NZFSA) regulations as an approved transport operator of food products.

All deliveries are tracked, and a signature is required from you to receive your order.

Processing times

We will process your order once we have received payment in full, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding weekends and public holidays.


We will do our best to pack all of your items carefully. We will individually wrap all fragile items. 


Each parcel use the greater of weight (kg) or cubic volume (m³)

The delivery cost of your order is calculated on total shipping weight and distance.

*Weight shown on the product page is the Net Weight of the content not the shipping weight including packaging.

Rural Delivery





Delivery Times

North Island

Overnight: Delivery to residential address by 5pm on the next working day, sometimes can take an additional cycle.

   *Except Gisborne, Whangarei, Paihia, KeriKeri and Kaitaia (delivery to this areas will take up to 3 days)

South Island

2-3 days: Delivery to the South Island is 2 to 3 working days.

 *Except Nelson, Blenheim and Christchurch (delivery to this areas is an overnight service)

PBT courier will deliver your order, Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm. excluding public holidays.


Local delivery includes Wellington CBD, all Wellington Suburbs, Petone, Eastbourne, Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Tawa, Porirua and Plimmerton.


Rural Delivery

Rural deliveries will have an additional charge of $10.00.

Rural deliveries can take a minimum of two additional days for delivery and Proof of Deliveries may not be available.

Rural delivery areas are defined as those outside urban boundaries and may include:

- Any address with an RD (Rural Delivery) area

- Any address containing a Rapide number

Our courier company targets a ZERO loss and damage rate on all freight handled. PBT will treat your parcel with the utmost respect. If unfortunately PBT do happen to misplace or damage your order during the handling and care, Andes Limited we will help you to make a claim to be resolved within 21 days.

It is your responsibility as the customer to open your package and inspect it. If any of the items of your order are damaged, do not sign or accept the order. Notify us a soon as possible and send us photos of the damage items.

If you receive your order and sign for it and later discover there are damaged items in your package Andes Limited will be unable to claim for damage to PBT courier.
